We want to get our GDPR responsibilities right so we want to tell you what we will be doing with your data. The Coller Foundation & FAIRR has teamed up with Evessio to provide the online platform for Rethinking Protein. Evessio is an event technology specialist that will help organise our event from start to finish.

To reassure you, Evessio commits to respect GDPR when collaborating with event organisers. Your password will be cryptographically hashed and never stored in plain on any system. Data uploaded to their system is done so over a securely encrypted SSL channel and stored in their cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services).

As per your rights under GDPR you may request your data to be removed and accounts deleted at any time by emailing events@fairr.org and requesting the deletion. (Please note though that if you ask us to delete your personal data before the event, we will not be able to access the event).
